What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe every individual brings unique strengths and experiences into the therapy process, and I work collaboratively with clients to foster growth, strengthen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College, and find deep fulfillment in helping clients navigate challenges while building confidence and resilience along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
