Dr. Carol L. Gandolfo is a Psychologist and Marriage Family Therapist licensed in both California and Arizona. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. With over twenty years' experience, she has worked extensively with developmental disabilities, major mental illnesses, domestic violence victims, family therapy, and related areas. Dr. Gandolfo is the current owner of CLG Behavior Consultants, LLC. She has forensic experience in assessment, competency training, and serving as an expert witness for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additionally, she attended the Academy Group Violent Criminal Behavior and Criminal Profiling. She is a Board Certified Founding Fellow of the College of Advanced Prescribing Psychologists, certified in mediation training with the Arizona Attorney General, and a Certified Trauma Therapist. Dr. Gandolfo is the co-creator of the Sex Trafficking and Interdiction for the Protection of Children Manual, which is currently distributed throughout Arizona for use by law enforcement personnel. She is also a member of the Critical Incident Team for the Sedona Fire Department and volunteers with the Sedona Police Department.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
