I am a bilingual (English, Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults struggling with anxiety, childhood trauma, perfectionism, and relationship issues. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. I am passionate about helping clients heal from traumatic events and re-establish safety and connection within their bodies and in their relationships. I am trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to support my clients' healing process. I also integrate DBT and mindfulness techniques to help clients approach their internal experiences in a nonjudgmental, compassionate manner and live their life in accordance with their values and beliefs.
