I provide warm, practical, and insight-oriented therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, crisis, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and personal growth. I'm also certified in equine-assisted psychotherapy through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association model and offer ground-based, experiential sessions with horses in peaceful outdoor settings. No horse experience is needed, and there is no riding involved. These sessions can help build confidence, emotional awareness, communication skills, and nervous system regulation in a unique and supportive environment. My overall approach to counseling is gentle, relational, and strengths-based, meeting you where you are while helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
