I specialize in working with adults who grew up in families marked by instability or turmoil. This may have involved addiction, mental health challenges, abuse, neglect, anger, poverty, foster care placement, religious trauma, or any experience that caused trauma. I also work with adults involved in non-traditional relationships such as kink/BDSM, polyamory, and open relationships. I hold a Master's in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, which informs my compassionate and understanding approach. Sometimes, what we need most is someone to truly see us, understand our pain, and stand with us until we can move through it. I am here to stand with you and help you navigate your pain. You are not too much, and your emotions are not too much.
