I believe the client-therapist relationship is the most important dynamic in successful therapy. Our relationship will consist of a safe place to explore your emotions and unique needs. We will set goals collaboratively and work at your pace. I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance dependence, self-harm, domestic violence, sexual assault, suicidal ideation, trauma, divorce, grief, identity exploration, and secondary trauma. I provide client centered, strengths based and solution focused therapy. Curiosity, safety and vulnerability are essential in creating the foundation for healing and embracing your authentic self. I am here to walk with you as you move towards a more connected and full life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) committed to social justice. I have 20 years of experience in crisis intervention, trauma work and advocacy. I also have a special interest in creating a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA community.
