Hi there, I'm Carron! My name is Carron Alexander, and I am a Licensed Professional Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling from Adams State University. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and other techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues across diverse populations.
