I utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, empowering my clients with skills that are not only valuable for their current issues but will also serve them throughout their lives. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching a client grow and thrive through the counseling process and their commitment to change. I have a laid-back personality and a good sense of humor, which helps others feel comfortable opening up.
