Hi! I'm Cassie! I enjoy working with individuals looking for help managing depression, anxiety, and daily stressors. I also enjoy working with people who struggle with binge eating. I prefer to use cognitive behavioral therapy in my approach. Still, as a dietitian who has worked in health care for many years and holds an MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University, I understand how important it is to meet a person where they're at, using motivational interviewing and basic coping skills to manage individual challenges better.
