Getting to know Cassandra DeHaney

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with a Master's degree in Clinical Health Services from Pentecostal Theological Seminary. My desire and passion is to help my clients gain a healthy perspective on their lives and who they are by using a holistic approach to counseling and a Christ-centered approach for those who request it. I am passionate about helping people overcome personal struggles such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, fear, self-worth, body image, and similar challenges. I also work with individuals ages 10 and older who face issues like family difficulties, behavioral concerns, life transitions, women's issues, ADD/ADHD, trauma, and other stressors, guiding them toward inner healing. I create a warm, empowering, and peaceful environment during sessions to support my clients fully. Having overcome various battles of my own, my heart is to walk alongside those facing mental, emotional, or spiritual difficulties and offer support. I want to show others that they too can overcome, heal, and recognize their strength. When setting goals, I ask clients what they hope to gain from their therapy journey and then work with them to develop a plan that is achievable and tailored to their needs. In our first session, you can expect to be met with warmth, grace, compassion, and understanding as we begin this journey together.
