I earned my Bachelor's degree from Virginia State University and my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, a journey that equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals in their mental health journeys. As a female, I have a personal understanding of the unique challenges that come with maintaining a work-life balance. This insight allows me to empathize deeply with my clients, particularly those who are juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash-pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
