She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Jersey City University. I believe that therapy is not one size fits all. Although we are all on this journey called life, the challenges that life at times presents will hit us in different ways. I am a big believer in meeting people where they are. As your therapist, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to release, refresh, and regroup. On your quest to wellness, my therapeutic space will allow you to be your authentic self. I have a passion for supporting individuals who are experiencing challenges with stress, anxiety, and self-care.

My theoretical framework is Person Centered/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, I can also provide the listening ear, understanding, and validation you may seek. We will work together to build coping skills and strategies that will work for you.
