While my dreams and aspirations may seem bigger than life itself, people who know me would say, “She would like to save the world,” and I would have to agree. I am admired for my communication style, which provides a strengths-based approach as well as the ability to think critically even during times of crisis. I am a major advocate for self-love and emotional well-being. Additionally, it is very important to me to offer a safe and comfortable space for all my clients. So just breathe! While there is a stigma behind therapy in which some believe “It's all talk,” I try to keep it interesting and effortless to ease any tension you may have going into the process.
