My name is Cassidy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from West Virginia University. I believe that therapy is a collaborative venture, built on trust, empathy, and a little humor. I practice a client-centered approach in session that is tailored to the needs of each individual. I am passionate about creating a safe space in my sessions that encourages open dialogue so that we can begin to sort through life together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My areas of focus include working with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, gender and identity concerns, relationship issues, and grief. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. In the therapy space, I provide treatment using a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, IPT, and mindfulness. I believe every client goal is different, and so I practice from a multi-dimensional lens to ensure that we meet your needs effectively.
