Psychotherapist
TX
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor providing telehealth therapy to adults and teens in Texas, California, and Idaho. I specialize in relational trauma, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), narcissistic or high-conflict relationship dynamics, anxiety, and chronic stress patterns that feel hard to break. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted — over-responsible, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure how they lost their sense of voice in relationships. Together, we work to understand the deeper patterns driving anxiety, people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, or attachment wounds. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based strategies. Therapy with me is both practical and depth-oriented — we build tools for emotional regulation while also addressing the underlying relational patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in your relationships and in yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and direct in a thoughtful way. I balance compassion with clarity — I will validate your experience while also helping you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I work especially well with individuals navigating: • Anxiety and chronic overthinking • Relational trauma and attachment wounds • Narcissistic or high-conflict relationship dynamics • Boundary and assertiveness struggles • Emotional over-responsibility • Identity and voice reconstruction after difficult relationships I do not take a “quick fix” approach. While we absolutely develop coping tools, I also believe lasting change happens when we understand the deeper emotional patterns beneath symptoms. You can expect a collaborative process. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable while still making meaningful progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on understanding what brings you in and what feels most urgent right now. We’ll explore current stressors, relationship patterns, and relevant history to begin identifying themes. Early work often includes: • Stabilizing anxiety and emotional overwhelm • Building regulation skills • Clarifying relationship dynamics • Identifying attachment patterns As therapy progresses, we move into deeper exploration of core beliefs, relational wounds, and internal patterns that influence how you show up in relationships. I integrate structured tools (CBT-based strategies) with insight-oriented and attachment-focused work. Sessions are collaborative and conversational. Some weeks are practical and solution-focused; others are reflective and exploratory. My aim is for you to leave sessions with both greater insight and tangible steps forward.
