I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and hold an EdD in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. My approach I strive to stay very present with all of my clients, coming from a person-centered stance. Theoretically, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy. My focus I have worked with many clients from diverse backgrounds. Many of my clients face challenges with stress, anxiety, depression, and managing their identity in an ever-changing world. My communication style I am an active listener who reflects on what is shared and asks many questions to deepen understanding and ensure clarity. My journey to mental healthcare My journey began in California, where I worked with diverse clients in Southern California. It then led me to North Carolina, where I currently reside.
