I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful growth. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, recognizing the unique experiences, strengths, and goals that each client brings to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing happens through collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based care. My goal is to meet clients where they are, help them feel understood and empowered, and support them in creating lasting, positive change at a pace that feels right for them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
