I draw from several evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. My focus I focus on working with clients struggling with a range of challenges: anxiety, stress management, depression and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions and adjustment issues, and self-esteem and identity development. My communication style I try to communicate as clearly as possible, showing empathy and warmth. I believe in active listening and creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated.
