I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Guilford College in 2013. Since graduating, I have worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant through DHS, for two years I worked as a Youth and Family Therapist at a high school, and for a year and a half I was working as a social worker embedded in the primary care setting. For the past year plus, I have been providing therapy to injured workers dealing with the Washington State Labor and Industries system. I believe that therapy can help us to see something from a different perspective, learn new tools, challenge our responses, and make deeper connections. I approach therapy from the perspective that you know yourself the best, and together we can create a plan to help you get to where you want to go. I am committed to providing an unbiased perspective and a warm and collaborative approach to therapy in order to best meet your needs."
