Hello, I'm Celia! My name is Celia Barry, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based out of Waddell, Arizona, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I hold a Master's in Counseling from National University. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, and stress to help my clients continue their journey toward feeling better. My approach My approach to therapy varies based on each client's needs. I most frequently combine cognitive behavioral, client-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic therapy. These modalities help me and the client build an understanding of their reality and allow us to collaborate effectively.
