What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My own work in therapy showed me firsthand the value in working with a considerate therapist during times of emotional upheaval, and how empowering it can be to lean more deeply into who we are as individuals. This knowledge strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate care to each of my patients, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to every session thanks, in great part, to the breadth of my life experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I ensure a warm and safe environment tailored to your unique goals, as I’m passionate about the belief that healing happens when we feel secure enough to understand ourselves with curiosity rather than criticism. My approach is always warm, empowering, and grounded in the belief that you know yourself best. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) are treatments we may explore to help you better understand your behaviors and feelings.
