I understand that my clients want things to be different, but aren't sure how to get there. I am passionate about this work because I fundamentally believe in our human capacity for growth and change. What should a new client know about working with you?

I help by taking a direct, solution-oriented approach that uses powerful, body-based (somatic) techniques and EMDR to address the physiological impact of trauma and stress. While also integrating practical, evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and REBT. Together, we challenge the thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand that seeking help takes immense courage. From our very first sessions, my goal is empower with a sense of direction and practical skills you can apply immediately. Clients can expect me to be an honest, direct, and engaged partner in this process. If that feels like it may help, please give me a call and see if I can help.
