I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through various life changes and challenges. I am dedicated to my profession and to the mental health and well-being of my clients. I truly believe in the power of healing, growth, and positive change through therapy. Together, we will collaborate on what matters most to you and support meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

This first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll gather important information that helps lay the foundation for our work together. We’ll also review consents for treatment, discuss your expectations for therapy, and complete a few screening tools that will guide our future sessions.
