I am a therapist with an eclectic approach, but at the root of it all is person-centered therapy. I meet my clients where they are and respect you for being you. I bring to each client a deep respect and a sincere desire to help you discover and obtain your happiness. I believe it is important for all of my clients to be able to speak freely and feel truly heard. I am also a firm believer in encouraging my clients to work outside of sessions to put concepts and ideas into practice that will improve your life overall. I am compassionate but also aim to tell my clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. I hold a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University and earned my Bachelor's degree from George Mason University.
