Charity Letitia Edwards, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi, I am Charity, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, with a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. I have been working with individuals for the past 7 years. I want to start off by saying thank you for taking the first step toward getting your mental health back on track. I have a background in the Department of Children and Families, crisis stabilization units at behavioral health facilities, marriage and family counseling, and military issues, as I am a U.S. Army veteran. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and low self-esteem or confidence by helping them work through specific difficulties they are currently enduring. My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
