If you are recently diagnosed with a severe mental-health condition such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder, I can collaborate with you and your doctor to assist you toward regaining a sense of self, while helping you learn how to effectively manage the symptoms that may have robbed you of your previous life. I work with adults of all ages and especially welcome those who may have felt marginalized in the past. I have over 15 years' experience working in the mental health profession in a variety of settings. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Golden Gate University.
