As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. I specialize in areas such as addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, and trauma. As a member of the military veteran community, I understand the unique challenges that one may encounter as a result of their service, such as family separation and reintegration, and moral trauma. Additionally, my passion is helping couples navigate the challenges of life together. My hope is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your change and growth to live your best life.
