Hi there, I'm Charlie! My name is Charlie Fisette, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am here doing this work because it brings me great pleasure. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and my Bachelor's from the University of Central Florida. My main process is to seek solutions to the symptoms and work on the issue(s) from there. I have helped clients find success with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, and grief. Discovering a better version of yourself is the goal. My approach Solution-focused is primarily where I start-finding different ways to approach an issue. The client dictates where the therapy progresses from there. Do they need an understanding of their past? ?What makes me ?? Are there any behavioral concerns? Maybe some new perspective is just what is needed. My focus Anyone looking for a better understanding of who they are or what makes them how they are is an optimal fit for me. Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are really common and can be overcome with a little effort. My communication style My communication style tends to be straight to the point. Perspective is offered with just a little lightheartedness. My journey to mental healthcare After my divorce, I sought therapy and was amazed at how much it helped me. I soon realized that my career at that time involved a type of therapeutic element, and I began my journey. The discovery of what you love to do is amazing.
