I blend client-centered, CBT, DBT, and solutions-focused approaches. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, will meet someone where they are at, and help them achieve their goals. I attended the University of California, Davis, and majored in psychology. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, East Bay.
