Is this life now? Does it get better? I'm here to tell you that it does get better. The overwhelm and fog you are feeling is all normal. Whether you are experiencing loss or are just trying to navigate the world, I will walk alongside you and help you figure it out. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help you find your way. I specialize in a wide range of areas including dementia, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, OCD, perinatal support, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or need remote sessions. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely.
