With 20 years of experience in clinical and office settings, I have supported patients facing depression, grief, men’s and women’s issues, suicidality, life transitions, cancer, and other illnesses. Having personally experienced illness and loss within my own family, I bring deep compassion to those in need. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Georgia State University, which laid the foundation for my clinical work. My approach combines long-term and short-term therapies tailored to each patient’s needs, interests, and goals. I emphasize empathy and truly getting to know you. Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship motivates progress and healing. My journey into mental healthcare began when a friend graduated from Georgia State as a counselor. Inspired, I pursued this path, discovering a passion for helping others. Completing my program and working with patients and families has been a rewarding experience that has strengthened my confidence and commitment to this work.
