UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. We have all experienced times in life when feelings of stress, anxiety, hurt, and confusion seem daunting to overcome. Sometimes, we may simply not feel like ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity for you to work through those feelings, gain new perspective, and maximize the tools already within you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Walden University, I enjoy supporting and guiding individuals through their discomfort to get on the other side of it. My goal is to empower you to look within, maximize your full potential, and live YOUR truth. You can expect to be therapeutically challenged with compassion and warmth as you work toward the goals YOU identify.
