My primary focus is grief and loss, and major life transitions in men and women in all stages of life. I use various theoretical approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My other areas of focus are depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. I help people and couples understand the origins and triggers of their challenges and assist them in building relationship connections, including emotional and physical intimacy and a healthy, balanced, and meaningful life.
