All the nervousness and apprehensions I had going into my 1st appointment with Chelsea disappeared within minutes of meeting her. Chelsea is very approachable with a warm and professional manner that made me feel very comfortable speaking about my situation. She is non-judgmental, a fantastic listener and offered great insight and suggestions for me... "food for thought." Chelsea provided me with excellent strategies that I used frequently while I was in therapy and continue to use now when the need arises. The hardest part of therapy was leaving! I was in a much better place than when I had started and I knew I was okay on my own, but saying good-bye to a person who helped me so much was very difficult. If I ever want to return to therapy Chelsea has assured me that her "door is always open." That being said, she is the only person I would ever want as my therapist!
Run don’t walk to have Chelsea as your therapist!! She leads every sessions with genuine curiosity and kindness and asks deep questions that essentially get to the root of my perspective. I’ve been through a handful of different therapists before meeting Chelsea and now I understand how sessions are truly meant to be to see and feel progress!

I love my therapist. So when she told me she would be out for a while, I knew I didn’t want to stop seeing someone. She told me she had the perfect therapist for me. I didn’t know what to expect. Would I have to start over? What if I didn’t like her? All these questions went through my head. I was pleasantly surprised. Chelsea is amazing. She did her home work. She’s easy for me to talk to. Thankfully I didn’t have to start over and it was more like we picked up where I left off. I am so happy to be working with her and I continue to look forward to our sessions every week.

Chelsea is the best therapist one can find. She really does listen and help you figure out whatever might be going on with you. She offers help by guidance and various suggestions, tools, and methods, etc instead of the cut and dry therapy of “you’re diagnosed with A and only B can fix it”. Chelsea will work with you until you find a workable solution that you’re the most comfortable with.
