What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a relaxed and open style intermixed with a bit of humor. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Applied Behavioral Therapy, Trauma processing, coping skills, boundary work, anger management, assertiveness training, healthy relationship work, grief and loss, and anger management.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice talk therapy in video sessions. The first session will begin with a clinical intake which may feel like a laid-back interview. I employ you to collaborate in creating therapy goals for our sessions. According to your therapeutic needs and availability, we will schedule for additional services.
