I hope to help you identify your strengths and use these to achieve your life goals. I will support you in obtaining healthier thought patterns and behaviors. I will make the experience enjoyable so you feel seen, understood, and hopeful. I will go the extra mile for your well-being and provide effective treatment throughout your journey. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and approved Clinical Supervisor in Ohio since 1997. I additionally have a license in Social Work since 1992 and a declared scope of practice for those with Substance Abuse issues. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and have an extensive background in working with all kinds of mental health symptoms. I have extensive training and knowledge about treatment using Cognitive Behavioral approaches where I can help you through many issues by using a blend of conventional, evidence-based techniques. I have extensive experience working in many settings, in nonprofit outpatient settings, health centers, and with people of all ages. I particularly enjoy working with adults of all ages and have worked in the field for over 30 years. I have worked with children and adolescents in Residential Centers, foster youth, adults in the outpatient setting, and those with chronic and severe mental health and substance abuse issues. I enjoy traveling and visiting family often in my spare time. I have many DIY projects to work on and keep myself physically active.
