I enjoy working with children, teens, families and adults who want to ease anxiety, depression, trauma, and attention/hyperactivity symptoms. I like to help through assisting consumers in better understanding emotional responses and altering thoughts and behaviors that can lead to the desired results. I have expertise in helping others recognize and build on their strengths by teaching them new strategies for success. Experiencing joy regularly is something we all deserve and is worth working toward. I have experience working with abuse and domestic violence issues and am an adoptive parent and adoption-competent therapist who can offer individual and family therapy. Additionally, I have worked with seniors, persons with medical issues, death and dying transitions. I am an LGBTQA+ friendly practitioner who identifies as female and speaks English.
