As a daughter of Guatemalan immigrants, I incorporate a cultural lens and draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, Attachment-Based, Strength-Based, Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Informed approaches. I believe each individual is unique, as is their healing process.
