You're well worth the trip! I have 20+ years of experience as a therapist, but let's be clear, with me, it will be a mutual and respectful journey. My approach My approach is simple, I meet people where they are and we go from there. My focus The ideal client (participant) is one who is ready to evolve, change, and grow. Respect is paramount. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to this field came via of accounting. I have a degree in accounting and worked in the corporate world for a number of years, but something was missing. I longed to connect with people. Twenty-eight years ago, I took a chance on a entry entry-level social work job and found my niche. I went back to school, obtained my Master's Degree, supervision and licensing. Today, many years later, I am in private practice and licensed in 4 states. Never looked back and I love what I do!
