I am motivated to work with adults experiencing racism, discrimination, anxiety, stress, depression, grief; feelings of being overwhelmed and sad, frustrated and lonely. I meet my clients where they are to collaborate on their wellness needs to meet their goals. I believe that we all have the capacity to become the best versions of ourselves within our families, relationships and community. I am actively growing my knowledge and keeping up with research around how people of marginalized groups can be better served through therapy. I offer care that recognizes our unique needs, culture and ideas of what healing looks.
