My journey to mental healthcare I have always been passionate about health, but while studying to be a dietitian, I realized mental health is at the core of every area of well-being. I wanted to help clients get to the root of their struggles so all areas of their health-social, physical, spiritual, emotional-could flourish. Having personally faced mental health challenges and supported family and friends through theirs, I am deeply committed to helping others navigate life's most difficult moments.
