I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through some of life's most meaningful — and most challenging — moments. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, a major life transition, or conflict within your family, I want you to know that you've come to the right place. No matter where you're starting from, my goal is always the same: to help you feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to create the life and relationships you deserve. I have a particular specialty in couples, partners, pre-marital, and marital counseling, and it's work I feel deeply called to. As a Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Clinician and a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I bring specialized training and a structured, research-informed approach to relationship work. Whether you're preparing for marriage, working through long-standing conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to feel more connected to your partner, I can help. Together, we'll identify your relationship's unique strengths, explore areas for growth, and build the practical skills that lead to stronger communication, healthier conflict resolution, deeper intimacy, and greater overall satisfaction. I'm also skilled at guiding couples through personalized feedback sessions that shine a light on your dynamic in a clear, non-judgmental way — and at teaching concrete tools for navigating the real-life challenges that put relationships to the test, including finances, parenting, family dynamics, boundaries, and intimacy. My couples work is rooted in the belief that most relationship struggles aren't a sign that something is wrong with you or your partner — they're a sign that you haven't yet had the right tools or the right space to work through them together. That's exactly what I aim to provide.

What should a new client know about working with you?

People who work with me often describe my presence as warm, grounding, and curious — and those are qualities I bring intentionally to every session. I believe that feeling truly seen by your therapist is one of the most powerful parts of the healing process, and I work hard to create an environment where that's possible from day one. My approach is collaborative and relational, meaning I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, ask the questions worth sitting with, and help you explore the patterns, triggers, and themes that may be shaping your experiences in ways you haven't yet been able to fully see. My work with individuals and families draws on a trauma-informed, multicultural framework, and I incorporate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamic Therapy to create an approach that is both thoughtful and tailored to you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Every person, every couple, and every family is different — and the way we work together will always reflect that. At the heart of my practice is a genuine commitment to creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and free of judgment. Whether you're coming in carrying something heavy you've never said out loud, or simply feeling like something in your life or relationships could be better, there is absolutely room for you here. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to make access as easy as possible, and I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. Therapy, at its best, is a place where real and lasting change becomes possible. I would be honored to be a part of that process with you.
