Do you feel like you have tried everything and it still isn't working? Are you tired of existing in life and not fully living it? Do you feel stuck, depressed, or anxious? I provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can freely express your needs, and together we will create a plan that best fits you. With years of experience in emergency crisis services, crisis management, and trauma, I am equipped to quickly address your immediate concerns and work toward your long-term well-being.
I currently serve children and adults via teletherapy and have specialized training and experience working with military veterans. I assist with issues including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders, conflict, and parenting/behavioral management. Additionally, we offer equine-assisted psychotherapy as a treatment option.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree from Ferrum College, which have provided a strong foundation for my clinical practice and commitment to compassionate care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After our first session, you will have a collaborative plan going forward to assist you in reaching your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
