Psychotherapist

I am a therapist who believes that people make sense, even when their lives feel messy or confusing. Many of the individuals and couples I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up. My hope is to offer a calm, supportive space where we can gently explore what you’re carrying and what you might need in order to feel more at ease. My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, which means I pay close attention to how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we connect, cope, and see ourselves. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” we look together at what your system has learned to do to survive, and how we can slowly build new experiences of safety, understanding, and support. I often work with grief, loss, relational wounds, and the impact of trauma. I integrate EMDR and body-based practices in a way that is paced and collaborative, always keeping your sense of safety at the center of our work. You don’t have to relive everything or push faster than you’re ready for. With couples, I help partners slow down conflict, understand the needs beneath their reactions, and learn how to communicate with more clarity, empathy, and care. My style is warm, gentle, and grounded. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are—no pressure to have the right words or the right answers. I believe healing happens in safe relationship, and that with the right support, meaningful change is possible.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
