“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.” – Glenn Close. Life may not always be in our control, but finding hope, connection, and confidence is possible. I'm here to guide you as you reclaim your power, heal from the past, and rediscover your inner strength and safety. My approach blends both "bottom-up" and "top-down" techniques to help you navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and clarity. Whether you're dealing with big 'T' or little 't' traumas, we'll work together to restore your sense of safety, reprocess painful experiences, and empower you to thrive once more. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, self-confidence or self-trust, feeling stuck, perfectionism, burnout, depression, unhealthy relational patterns, feeling out of control emotionally, lack of boundaries, and/or unwanted behavior patterns-you are in the right place! Together, we will work toward authentic healing, helping you feel grounded and move toward a life you are excited about. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, which inform my compassionate and evidence-based approach. PLEASE REVIEW the "Additional information regarding insurance and coverage" BEFORE booking.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Who you choose to collaborate with on your healing journey matters… a lot. The most important thing is that you feel seen, safe, and heard in the therapeutic space. You need a space where you can be honest and practice imperfection, experiencing that you can be ok through it all. You can expect a highly relational and collaborative approach. I am here to meet you where you are at and journey with you in the direction you want to go. I draw from the following therapeutic modalities because, over time, I have them to be the most helpful in facilitating true healing and creating lasting change: AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) IFS (Internal Family Systems) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) Nervous System Regulation based in PolyVagal Theory We only get one wild, beautiful, precious life AND I want you to experience the freedom needed to actually enjoy it.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

PLEASE REVIEW the "Additional information regarding insurance and coverage" BEFORE booking. After booking your initial session, you can expect to hear from me in 1 business day to confirm your appointment, discuss office details, and get you the intake paperwork for our first session. Our first session will be an intake session, which is a little different from future sessions. During the intake session, we will discuss your personal goals for counseling and I will ask you relevant questions about your journey and story. The information from this session allows me to create a personalized approach relevant to YOU! From there, our journey together will begin. I will be with you and for you, providing structure, support, and encouragement as you begin to trust that you actually can make the changes you are hoping for! Please note that my office hours are Monday - Thursday 10 am- 6 pm (excluding holidays).
