I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing for 8 years and enjoys the power of healing through seeking deeper understanding of self discovery. I enjoy many activities including the outdoors and physical fitness. I value family and focus on creating a closeness in interpersonal relationships. I am passionate about giving to others and helping those who seek to gain an understanding of self improvement. Get to know me In our first session together, here's what you can expect In our first session we will explore areas of concern and self improvement while also establishing a baseline of exploration into the individual as a whole and introducing the practices that will be used in sessions. In addition we will discuss consistency in follow through of any homework assigned and participation. We will gain an understanding of the expectations of you and myself. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My approaches including use of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapeutic techniques with establishing goals of change and processing symptoms and triggers that create barriers. I practice use of emotional regulation in addition to symptom management and exploration into underlying issues which lead to current behaviors. I have experience with individual and family approaches while working on trauma and being present in the moment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
