My professional background includes years of experience in community mental health, where I have worked with diverse populations facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and family stressors. I earned my master's degree in counseling from Capella University and my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree with an emphasis in Play Therapy from the University of Mississippi.
