What should a new client know about working with you?

“When you work with me, you can expect a calm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m an LCSW who takes a down-to-earth, collaborative approach, and I tailor each session to what you need. Whether that’s managing anxiety, navigating postpartum changes, exploring relationship patterns, or unpacking childhood experiences. We’ll move at your pace, build insight together, and focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and never alone in the process.”

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is very collaborative and paced to your comfort. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and supported day-to-day. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a very human, conversational style, so sessions often feel like a mix of reflection, skill-building, and genuine connection. Throughout our work, I’ll regularly check in to make sure the process still feels right for you and adjust our approach as needed. It’s your journey, and I’m here to guide, support, and walk alongside you.”
