At first I wasn't sure Adiba and I would be a good fit - I am sure that was all me as I was nervous returning back to therapy. I just love her!! She is a great listener - she REALLY hears you. Gives you great feedback to help you examine your way of thinking and turn it around into a positive note. She also gives you homework so you can continue your healing outside of your sessions. She never wants to hear you talk bad or be hard on yourself - she challenges you to change that thought process quickly. I just love her and am glad I found her through Zoc Doc. Do yourself a huge favor - if you need help, please reach out to her - you won't regret it at all!
