I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and families. I have extensive experience in family therapy and do well with teenagers who “…just don’t do well with other therapists.” I love working with adults with trauma histories (e.g. – histories of sexual or domestic violence). I work from a family and strengths based therapy perspective as well as utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe how you or your family view and approach various problem areas.
